Wats up w/da weather/

Whats with the weather?Its so hard 4me choosing warm cloth's.No matter what you wear you are still cold and its so anoying.I do not know why but i get stressed when its cold my neck starts hurting&and im shivering. I CANT WAIT 4 THE SUMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
